Poker:

Poker refers to a type of popular card game. In this game, players use fully or partially concealed cards make wagers. The central pot, into which the wager is made, is awarded to the player with the best combination of cards. The pot is awarded also the player who makes an uncalled bet. There are many variations in the poker game. Now -a -day’s poker game is played on line, with the use of web cams etc. There are video poker games available in casinos. Draw poker, Stud poker, Community Card Poker and Strip poker are some of the variants of the original poker game. Strip poker game has become part of socializations, parties and gathering of adults.

Strip Poker:

In this variant of Poker the players are required to remove clothing articles according to the rules of the game in response to various events of the game. The rules of strip game are not different from the original poker game. Any variety of poker can be played with the same dealing and betting rules keeping the same number of players. In the beginning all the players are supposed to be wearing equal number of articles of clothing. The rules can be then devised according to the group’s agreement. The rules are flexible as in other adults’ party games. Instead of cash this game is played for other’s clothes. Each article of the clothing is valued in units- that is , if a pair of a single hand glove is worth one unit, a shirt can be given the value of , say, 4 units. Then if a player lost four points, he/she will have to remove the shirt. The clothes can be won back in the game. The one who has clothes on till the end of the game is the winner and the one who loses all clothes first is the loser.

Strip Poker is increasingly becoming popular as it is quite sensational. It catches attention when celebrities are involved in stripping in parties. Adult gatherings get hyped up with games like this. TV shows and web sites make use of the skin exposure and cash in on through their shows.
