Supporters: Casinos Would Bring Money to Kentucky Schools As reported by the Cincinnati Enquirer: "If Kentuckians were to approve a constitutional amendment allowing casino gambling, Northern Kentucky's three counties could receive $11.3 million more per year in local education funds, a group called Kentucky Equine Education Project has announced.
