<p class="mobile-post">Singapore hosted its very first international poker tournament on Sunday.
The ground-breaking move is supported by the Singapore Tourism Board and is
organised by UK Gaming company, Betsair. More than 160 players paid US$400
each to have a go at the tables. At least 30% of them are Singaporeans.
At stake, is a prize fund worth US$2m. Qualifying rounds will continue
throughout the night, and the main event will take place on Wednesday at
Meritus Mandarin Hotel.</p>
